| Pollution Monitering Instruments - Work Environamental Samplers |
| |
Air from the work environment is taken at a selected
flow rate and allowed to pass through suitable sampling
device where the pollutants are collected and lateron
analysed in the lab with appropriate analytical technique |
| |
For ease & convenience, the Handy Sampler is
constructed with all the required items mounted
in a compact case. It is fitted with Pump, timer
Rotameter with Flow Controller & provision
for holding Sampling Devices. Operates on
Rechargeable Sealed Maintenance free Lead
Acid Battery. The Battery Charger is built in.

| Personal Sampler |
Model - PMP - 3B |
Measurement of concentration of the
pollutants in the work environment can
be made by monitoring in the Employees
Respiratory Zone, or better still by fixing
portable sampling unit to the employee’s
clothing. This is called Personal Sampling.
We offer following models :
PMP-3B - For General Sampling
LFP-2 - For Low Volatile Solvents & Aerosoles |

| |
| Respirable Dust Sampler (Personal) Model RDS - 3 |
In work environment it is important to measure
the suspended particulate matter. However the
respirable component is also important, as it can
reach to the lungs causing ill effect on the health.
From research it is found that particles of size
more than 10 micron are unable to reach the
lungs, dust in the range of 0.4 to10 micron is to
be measured.
The equipment essentially consists of pump & sampling head (Filter paper holder & Cyclone) |

Filter Paper Holder |
For Monitoring of Dust,
Filter paper holders are
used.They are available
in Acrylic Body & in Three
Sizes 47mm Dia and
35mm Dia. |

For analysis of Inorganic
gases such as SO2, Nox
etc. the air is passed
through absorbing solution
filled in the impingers then
appropriate analytical
technique is used. |

Activated Charcoal Tubes |
For analysis of Hydrocarbons & Solvent Vapours these
tubes are used. The Charcoal
is then desorbed with Cs2 and
then analysed on GC. |
